ABJ makes no representation that materials at jadhavgroup.com & gaspeople.com are acceptable or available for use at other locations outside of INDIA, and you acknowledge and agree that your use or access of jadhavgroup.com & gaspeople.com from locations where its contents are illegal is prohibited. You may not use jadhavgroup.com & gaspeople.com or the Materials in violation of INDIAN laws and regulations. If you access jadhavgroup.com & gaspeople.com from locations outside of INDIA, you acknowledge and agree that you do so at your own risk and that it is your responsibility to comply with any and all foreign laws and regulations which exist outside of INDIA.
 
 

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between ABJ and you with your use of jadhavgroup.com & gaspeople.com. If a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of the Agreement or any part thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to affect the intent of the Agreement, and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
 
You acknowledge and agree that this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maharashtra, INDIA. You expressly agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or action arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of JADHAVGROUP.COM & GASPEOPLE.COM shall be filed only in the Mumbai High Court of Mumbai, Maharashtra, INDIA and you agree to submit to the exercise of personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim or action.
 
 

ABJ reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Agreement in whole or in part, at any time. Changes in this Agreement are effective when notice of such change is posted. You agree and acknowledge that your continued use of JADHAVGROUP.COM & GASPEOPLE.COM following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes.
 
ABJ may terminate, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of JADHAVGROUP.COM & GASPEOPLE.COM and the availability of any features of JADHAVGROUP.COM & GASPEOPLE.COM, at anytime. ABJ may also impose restrictions on use of certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of JADHAVGROUP.COM & GASPEOPLE.COM without incurring any liability to you. ABJ may terminate the authorization, rights and license given above and upon such termination; you shall immediately destroy all Materials and copies of JADHAVGROUP.COM & GASPEOPLE.COM.
