(9th September 2008) ABJ is awarded yet another repeat order from IIT-Guwahati within a span of 4 months. for bulk manufacturing and supply of various high pressure (SS 316) regulators for gases such as Ethane, Propane, N-Butane, Iso-Butane and Carbon Di-Oxide (CO2). The outlet pressures ranged from 50 to 120 bar. This year ABJ has been out performing on all aspect from bagging some of the most prestigious projects, increasing the number of walk-in clients, increased rate of repeat orders. This itself speaks about our product and its quality with performance.

(19th August 2008) ABJ is pleased to receive a very prestigious order from Reliance Engineering Associates Pvt Ltd. This turnkey project is awarded for manufacturing, supply, installation and testing of LPG gas cylinder manifolds, pressure reducing stations, piping and related equipment for various kitchens, fully automatic torch control units with flame sequencers, decorative LPG torches etc. This project covers almost 300 mtrs of LPG/NG piping. ABJ has been catering Reliance Group for almost 2 decades now; hence we were one of the preferred companies for this truly prestigious project. None the less this order was not finalised before extensive technical discussions & clearances.

(15th July 2008) Technology Partners International (Nig.) Ltd. Is yet another international walk-in customer for ABJ. We were awarded bulk manufacturing & supply of high pressure SS 316 sampling cylinders with related safety equipments. These 300 ML sampling cylinder are designed for 3000 & 5000 psi working pressure. These sampling cylinders are designed, manufactured and tested in our state of the art manufacturing facility in Navi Mumbai. These sampling cylinders are manufactured from seamless tube with consistent wall thickness. Inside smooth neck transition and surface finish for easy cleaning and elimination of fluid/gas trapping. 1.6 (micron) external machine finish gives an amazing aesthetical look. (26th June 2008) ABJ bags order from The Taj President Hotel, Mumbai for manufacturing, supply, installation and testing of LPG manifold, pressure reducing station and piping till point of use for their new banquet hall kitchen. The Taj hotel becomes part of our prestigious walk-in customer. (7th June 2008) ABJ is pleased to receive yet another prestigious order in this year from The Leela Palace, Kempinski Hotel Udaipur. The LeelaHotel Venture Limted are coming up with an ultra luxury palace hotel in the City of Lake – Udaipur, Rajasthan. ABJ is awarded this turnkey project which includes manufacturing, supply, installation and testing of LPG gas systems for the Main Kitchen, Staff Kitchen, Main Swimming Pool, Courtyard, Performance area. This project includes, huge multi cylinder LPG manifolds, with pressure reducing stations, fully automatic torch control units with flame sequencers, decorative LPG torches and complete piping. Based on an extensive technical discussions, ABJ was awarded this order. (29th May 2008) ABJ bags order from IIT Guwahati for bulk manufacturing and supply of various high pressure (SS 316) regulators for gases such as Ethane, Propane, N-Butane, Iso-Butane and Carbon Di-Oxide (CO2). The outlet pressures ranged from 50 to 120 bar. As like most of our other big clients, IIT is one of our oldest and high respected clients. We have been catering them are various locations for more than 2 decade. Till date ABJ has been regularly supplying, installing and servicing gas handling systems and equipments to IIT-Powai (Mumbai), IIT-Kanpur, IIT-Guwahati. One of the most prestigious order from IIT was for the Samtel Laboratory of Display Technology (Feb 2006) @ Guwahati location. Multiple Gas Purification systems were custom designed and build for this Clean Room display technology laboratory. Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati is the premier institute of engineering, science and technology in the north-eastern region of the country with a growing list of accolades earned nationally and internationally.

(5th May 2008) ABJ is awarded a very prestigious turnkey project from Cooper Corporation Pvt Ltd (formerly known as Cooper Foundry Pvt. Ltd.) for manufacturing, supply, installation & testing of High Pressure Cylinder cascades (CNG), High pressure control panel for CNG, LPG gas cylinder manifold, pressure reducing station, in-plant gas piping. Each of these heavy duty CNG cylinder pellets (or better known as cascades) consists of 50 nos. (200 bar working pressure) CNG cylinders, inter-linked with high pressure SS piping and various control valves, all custom fabricated on structural steel supports, which can be easily transported and handled. High pressure control panel for CNG comprises of High pressure single and dual stage regulators with associated control valves, relief valves, check valves, high pressure SS tubing. Apart from all above, ABJ also supported client with sourcing CNG gas and filling them at high pressure (200 bar). This order forms part of the diversification program of Cooper Corporation for manufacturing Diesel Engines (in technical tie-up with RICARD, UK) and Automobile manufacturing (in collaboration with ULTRAMOTIVE, UK). Cooper Corporation is the market leaders in centrifugal casting. They are one of the largest engine component suppliers to major auto companies in the world. They rank amongst the top 3 manufacturers of cylinder liners in India. They are also the sole suppliers of Cylinder Liners to Cummins India Ltd., for their 60 HP to 1000 HP engines - which are exported worldwide.

(23rd April 2008) ABJ bags order BARC for manufacturing, supply and installation of LPG manifold pressure reducing station and 3 Burner gas range complete in SS 304 for their TTA canteen. BARC is one of our oldest and most respected clients. BARC is a premier multi-disciplinary Nuclear Research Centre of India having excellent infrastructure for advanced Research and Development with expertise covering the entire spectrum of Nuclear Science and Engineering and related areas. BARC is part of DAE (Department of Atomic Energy). ABJ already caters various arms of DAE such as NPCIL (Nuclear Power Corporation of India Ltd), BRIT (Board of Radiation and Isotope Technology), IGCAR (Indira Gandhi Centre of Atomic Research), HWB (Heavy Water Board), TIFR (Tata Institute of Fundamental Research).

(25th April 2008) ABJ upgrades regulator design. ABJ recently launched its newly designed pressure valve assembly for regulators upto 150 Bar outlet pressure. This pressure valve assembly is made up of several easy to replace components. Ultra precision machined components and simplistic designs make it easier for assembly as well as service and repair replacements. All components are made up of SS 316 & PTFE. Material options are offered as per client requirement.

(4th December 2007) ABJ bagged yet another repeat order from an elite customer M/s. LG Electronics India Pvt Limited. This order is an extension to our previous installation of Oxygen & LPG multi cylinder manifolds and pressure reducing stations supplied and installed in 2005. This extension is for the new Air Conditioner assembly plant. This extension project includes SS 304 electro-polished piping, gas leakage monitoring system, remote operation and point of use panels. Our previous installation has offered LG gas savings of over 70% and hence another prestigious repeat order without any questions asked.

(26th October 2007) ABJ bags a prestigious order from Indira Gandhi Centre for Atomic Research (IGCAR) for bulk supply of Two Stage SS 316 Nitrogen Regulators. IGCAR adds to our list of another elite and prestigious walk-in customer. ABJ’s persistent quest for highest quality products and consistent performance has offered us clients like IGCAR. IGCAR forms part of DAE (Department of Atomic Energy – Government of INDIA) and is engaged in broad based multidisciplinary programme of scientific research and advanced engineering directed towards the development of Fast Breeder Reactor technology. Fast Breeder Test Reactor based on unique mixed Plutonium Uranium Carbide fuel, First of its kind in the world and KAMINI Reactor, the only operating Reactor in the World using U233 fuel are successfully operated. The design of 500 MWe Prototype Fast Breeder Reactor is completed and the construction is in progress.

(5th October 2007)ABJ is pleased to announce its registration with ISRO (Indian Space Research Organisation), Department of Space. Registration with such Governement Organisation itself is an achievement for ABJ within a short span of 18 months. Registration with ISRO defines the quality and standards maintained by ABJ Engg Pvt. Ltd. The prime objective of ISRO is to develop space technology and its application to various national tasks. ISRO has established two major space systems, INSAT for communication, television broadcasting and meteorological services, and Indian Remote Sensing Satellites (IRS) system for resources monitoring and management. ISRO has developed two satellite launch vehicles, PSLV and GSLV, to place INSAT and IRS satellites in the required orbits.

(16th August 2007) ABJ bags order from York India Limited (A Johnson Controls Company). York India is setting up a brand new manufacturing plant in Chakan Pune to manufacture Industrial and Commercial HVAC systems. ABJ is awarded turnkey contract for supply, installation and testing of Oxygen, Acetylene & Compressed Air pipeline, valves, regulators, multi cylinder manifolds etc. More than 2000 meters of piping would be installed in this plant, only for gases. This adds to our credentials as one of the most experienced company in industrial gas piping with more than 90,000 (ninety thousand) meters (approx) of piping installations under our crown. (3rd August 2007) Mahindra Renault Logan, India`s first wide body car, has become the top selling brand in its category, registering a remarkable sales figure of 2,890 units in July 2007. The cumulative sales since its launch in April this year, have been 8,065 units. In May 2007, the Logan clocked an astounding 2,786 numbers from just 11 cities while in June it saw 2,389 cars being sold. Mahindra Renault adopted a phased roll out for the car and is in the process of ramping up the output to cater to new locations. The Logan has become the largest selling sedan in July. The launch of the 1.6 GLX and 1.5dCi DLX variants during June-July has further helped in this endeavor. Mahindra Renault is a 51:49 joint venture between Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) and Renault. ABJ shares this joy, as ABJ forms a small part of the success enjoyed by Mahindra Renault Logan. Prior launch of this debut model (Logan) of Mahindra Renault, ABJ was awarded the contract for supply and installation of LPG piping and equipments for their paint shop. This understanding between ABJ & CFS Tech (Hale Hamilton) emerged in the wake of the vast opportunity existing in this field due to negligible competition and field specialization. CFS Technology is a subsidiary of U.K. based Cambridge Fluid Systems and Hale Hamilton Valves. (27th June 2007) ABJ bags order from one of our most prestigious and respected client, M/s. Nuclear Power Corporation of India Ltd (Plant KAIGA 3&4) for bulk supply of Helium Gas Instrumentation Regulators. ABJ is one of the few companies listed in NPCIL’s approved vendor list for providing industrial and instrumentation gas handling systems and equipments for all new projects and existing plants. Even with a late delivery date due to overloaded orders, NPCIL did not hesitate to place this order on us. This clearly depicts the reliability and performance of our products. ABJ has already supplied high pressure SS 304 pipe to tube adaptors and Instrumentation Air Manifolds for "KAIGA-3&4" & "RAPP-5&6" projects. Most of our equipments are under the primary piping package and are installed right inside the reactor building.

(18th April 2007) ABJ bags yet another prestigious order from Vitalife Laboratories (A division of Arch Pharmalabs Ltd.) for their brand new Research & Development laboratory at Gurgaon. Pharmaceutical clients form a major part of our business. This order proves our dedicated support to the pharmaceutical industry. Arch Pharmalab is our walk-in customer like most of our other pharma clients, who got our reference from previous customers. Arch Pharmalabs is one of the youngest & fastest growing pharmaceutical companies in India. Within a span of 8 years it is a 50 million USD company with 5 manufacturing plants spread across India, with most of their facilities accredited to the WHO-cGMP certification & FDA approval. This order offered us to supply CO2 multi cylinder manifold, pressure reducing station, nitrogen purging system, CO2 pre-heater, Flow meter, high pressure valves, piping etc.

(3rd February 2007) ABJ has recently bagged a prestigious order from Leighton Contractors Pvt. Ltd., One of Asia's Leading Contractors & Project Developers. We have been awarded to supply 16 nos. high pressure argon gas manifolds, each manifold compromising of 16 cylinder connections. These systems are being installed on one of their barge which is lying a 48" dia crude oil pipe line (20 kms) in arabian sea off the Cochin Coast, Kerala for Kochi Refineries.

The 29th NSIG event organised by AIIGMA proved to be a great platform to introduce our tie-up with IGAS Technology Solutions, UK. The overwhelming response by visitors (such as CEO's, COO's, MD's, GM's) at our display stand, proved the fact that the Indian Gas Industry had been waiting for a long time for companies like us (ABJ-IGAS), who are ready to provide end to end solutions under one roof with proven expertise. ABJ manufactured India’s first indigenously developed “High Pressure Mobile Air Cart” for The Indian Naval Air Craft Facility. Initially these Air Carts were imported, and were procured from an ally country. For the first time this Air Cart was designed, developed and tested in INDIA, and we had the honors for designing from scratch till final manufacturing. The cart is under trial in one of the Naval Air Craft Facilities and once approved, we shall have the privilege of manufacturing further more for all the Air Bases in INDIA.
